For orders within the UAE:
30 AED, or free shipping on orders above 1,500 AED
(Delivered within 1-3 working days)

For orders to the GCC & Levant countries:
85 AED, or free shipping on orders above 2,000 AED
(Delivered within 3-5 working days)

International orders:
150 AED, or free shipping for orders above 3,500 AED
(Delivered within 5-10 working days)

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. PEONARA is not responsible for any additional fees incurred upon delivery.

Pre-Orders

Select PEONARA pieces are offered on a pre-order basis. These garments are prepared specifically for you and require additional processing time.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. Once your order is ready, you will receive your shipping confirmation details.
Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-order pieces, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Exchanges are accepted in line with our standard exchange policy.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our garments, refunds are not available. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
